Cornerstone HR are currently seeking an experienced administrator for their client based in Prestons.

Our Client: Is a leader in the waterproofing and remedial construction industry who work side by side with Tier 1 to Tier 5 building companies on projects across Sydney ranging from residential, highrise all the way to through to underground works for large civil companies.

An opportunity has now become available to join their office based team in Prestons in a part time capacity working three days per week to eventually move to a five day per week role after a three month qualifying period. You will be responsible for the scheduling of staff and contractors on site, assisting senior management for daily operational procedures as well as managing compliance for licensing and training of staff.

To be successful, you will have:

  • Workforce scheduling experience in a trades environment
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Permanent residency
  • Great organisational skills and be able to work well under pressure
  • A proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Come from an admisntration background in the construction industry
