With offices in Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland and Western Australia, Cornerstone HR is a rapidly expanding recruitment solution provider across a range of industry sectors. We have a permanent role based in the southern suburbs of Brisbane for an experienced Service Coordinator.

YOUR EXPERIENCE
This exciting opportunity has come about due the expansion of the business and is a newly created role. Our client specialises in packaging equipment and to be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following qualities: -

  • A working knowledge of SAP
  • A high level of customer service experience
  • Strong communication skills and multi tasking
  • Demonstrated administration/scheduling experience

THE ROLE
Your main duties will be: -

  • Coordination of all service requirements working to specific time frames
  • Responding to all phone calls and emails in a timely manner
  • Providing quotes for service and spare parts
  • In some instances, client visits
  • Accurate invoicing and report to all stakeholders
