We are currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator with inventory experience to join our growing team based in Erskine Park. This position will be Monday to Friday working between 8am to 5pm.

As part of your daily duties you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service and managing inventory. Other duties will include, however not limited to;

  • Answering incoming phone calls
  • Respond to customer enquiries
  • Data entry and maintenance
  • Asist with preparing reports
  • Assisting with general warehousing duties

To be considered for this role you must have;

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Have an understanding of inventory control processes
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Organised and able to meet deadlines
  • Full availability Monday to Friday
